Refund policy

Returns, Warranty & Customer Protection

  • We offer a 14-day return policy. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, with lace uncut, tags attached, and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  • Custom-made wigs, including wigs made to size or custom-colored, are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization.

  • Only bundles and frontals in their original packaging may be returned, and only if we are contacted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Sizing issues can be corrected free of charge if reported within 30 days, and the wig has not been worn or altered.

    Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

  • Once a wig is picked up from the salon and approved on-site, or installed on your head, it is considered accepted and not eligible for further adjustments without additional cost.


Damages & Repairs

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report visible defects, damages, or incorrect items within 48 hours.

  • If we approve a correction or repair, the product must be returned within 5 business days of our confirmation.
    The wig must not be worn or used once a defect has been reported.
    If the item is not returned on time, or has been worn, we reserve the right to refuse further service.


Warranty (Quality Guarantee)

  • We offer a 2-month warranty for quality-related issues, regardless of whether the lace has been cut.

  • Covered under warranty:

    • Excessive shedding (e.g. bald lace within 2 months)

    • Hair breakage, extreme dryness, or tangling under normal care

    • Construction defects

  • Not covered:

    • Damage caused by improper care, chemical treatments, excessive heat, rough handling, or unsuitable products

    • Damage resulting from installation or alterations by third parties

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and clear evidence (photo/video).
    If accepted, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
